Victor Tall is an attorney, counselor, and retired Army Colonel of 30 years.  In those roles, he has led, supervised, and mentored a multitude of individuals.  He believes that effective spiritual mentorship of men isn't about creating clones, but forging iron; it is the intentional, relational process of sharpening character, accelerating wisdom, and modeling authentic faith.   

I would like to sincerely thank Colonel Victor Tall for coming into my life in my early 20s during a pivotal season of transition, taking the time to mentor and guide me in my military career and spiritual growth. Because of his mentorship and God’s help, I now know I have the tools to be a strong leader, a great husband, and a great father.
